What is Schublig sausage?
Schublig is usually served and eaten uncooked. This European style sausage is originally originated in Switzerland.
We served our Schublig style sausage grilled with bun. Offered with a few sauces from our list to add variety, and consider add extra toppings, like sauerkraut or jalapenos, pickled relish, roasted onion, and fresh lettuce.
